I'll deal with the reality and not participate in story telling.

As always at CLYW, you don't get much perspective on what the real facts vs. the management touted fictions are... for a couple months.

With hindsight now... the meeting clearly wasn't anything like what management was touting it was supposed to be.

Some of the shareholders here WARNED the management that it had better not be what it turned out to be...
