Didn't PFE discuss this issue when talking about the possibilities for disposing of units acquired via Wyeth?

Yes they did, but PFE’s main concern was being hit with a capital-gains tax pursuant to a sale (rather than a spinoff) of one or more of Wyeth’s “non-core” business units.
