Thank you and your correct but thats were the risk/reward comes in. Lets say they announce a shelf as they did last year to the tune of 8 million about 4 million shares then piggyback with contracts H5N1 data and PLX gets approved. Lots of ifs but then the stocks trading north of 5/share and everyone sees its the real deal and a safe investment. I guess its who wants to buy at 2/share with risk or 5/share with a PE.

As an example, I'd wait for them to do the shelf and then take a position before any contracts or possible PLX approval. (And are you sure that PLX approval will be a material boost to IBIO shares? Even though both may be plant-based approaches, I assume they are taking somewhat different approaches and the approval for one party may not guarantee approval for another party.) And if they land a major contract or a PLX approval boosts the shares significantly before a financing then, no big deal, I have a bunch of other biotechs on my watch list that I would like to take a position in now so I would just turn to one of those.
