I did ask them that...they said it went to the counter-party...the seller. He didn't know who.

ME: Did you get the shares from them?

GC: Of course.

ME: Can I have them?

GC: No.

ME: Why not?

GC: We don't have them.

ME: Where are they then?

GC: At the DTC.

ME: That's not possible...DTC was frozen at the time.

....long 'deer in the headlights' pause....

GC: Their custody services were still running...and that's where they are.

ME: Well custody is still running for BCIT shares, so go get them!

GC: We can't!

ME: Why the heck not?

GC: They are frozen.
