It is not "dumb blunders".

Part of the reasoning is, let's throw a bunch of stuff against the wall and see if anything sticks.

Part is the frustration of AMD. And part sets up the final counts based on the facts!!! that AMD has gone from 50% of the laptop market to near zero.

AND PART BETTER BE THAT OLMEVENY HAS THE JAPAN COURT DOCUMENTS WHICH DO NOT MENTION INTELS TERMS OF STIPULATION. THEY FRIGGING BETTER, OR THEY RISK GETTING SLAMMED FOR FRIVOLUS VINDICTIVE PROSECUTION,

and that judgment would go against the law firm.

but there are other parts of the complaint which are not that bad, so it is too early to tell if they are subject to a frivolus prosecution action.
