(edit/edit) have you guys forensically tracked the shares that were 'sold' to Darby and Capital Growth(or whomever) as a result of the whole Oklahoma City case?
were there 250 million shares that the company 'sold' them?
did those get deposited at DTC?

i am speaking very roughly above, as i dont remember all the details nor even understood how all that was worked out as far as the Darby/Capital Growth (?) stuff worked out (and other details with the OK CIty case........

But if you're saying that the brokers need to find somewhere under a billion shares, then clearly there are some valid shares currently being held at the DTC right now?
