Cramer's an idiot. The justice department has to prove a criminal charge beyond reasonable doubt. All AMD has to satisfy is weight of evidence in a civil trial.
It's like O.J - he beat the criminal trial, but got nailed in the civil suit that at least managed to strip him of most of his assets.
Intel is facing a civil suite, and they're going to lose. The initial jury award will be for $30 to $40 Billion and it will be reduced on appeal to between $4 Billion and $8 Billion.
