personally i think better if DURING.. but i'll leave that up to Elite Yoda, he is much well versed on market reactions within this issue. The reason i say during is simple supply/demand/reality..

Supply = Locked up
Demand = Building
Reality = If a patent is granted, that is REAL ! and is not going away, and as long as the patent exists/granted, the demand for the supply that is untouchable will still be there when we finally are let go.. that is just my personal basic look at this.. i honestly have a little chunk $-wise of this and don't look at it more than once or twice a month anymore.. the onl reason I'm here now is b/c i saw a 240% gain y'day so i just dropped int o take the pulse an see if anything was going on.. i have determined, there is not.. its just noise.. if the vol was north of 2mm WHILE being locked, i woulda said there is something going on behind the scenes, but it wasn't.. vol was near 500k thats nothing.. now IF we do over 500k today and hit possibly 1mm+ than i will keep a closer eye on as we near the patent decision.. but of now, i will reset my alarm to the upside around .015 and .025 and ill return if we touch them.. in the meantime, take care...
