IMO what separates IHUB from all the other POS sites out there is the response time in making a post and their up time.
I can't speak for how internet sites run their operations but from other experiences I've had you have to operate 24X7. In some instances it involves gettting your cash on a Saturday night at 11:59 PM or getting treated for a bullet wound at the same time.
The fact is that if you are going to operate a company on a 24X7 routine someone better be home to answer the call. Otherwise you have disappointed the customer.
Grubmaster gets bonus points this past weekend for at least keeping the customer informed. The ISP definitely had "issues" that on their end need to be addressed. Some of them unavoidable; but unfortunately life does go on.
