Just got off the phone with CFO Chuck Bearchell

Chuck said that the lock can come off at anytime. He mentioned that they had hired the professional services of "an experienced DTC member firm" to expidite the process. Said they hired the DTC member firm a few weeks back and that it could take up to 3-6 weeks from then to complete the process. Also metioned that PRO is in the process of filing all past 10Q's and 10K's "just in case" the DTC may need them. Said the filings would be complete "in the next two weeks". Said he was a fan of Hawaii 5-0 and was excited about PRO being on next monday's episode.

Chuck asked me if I was aware that HD Net and ProElite had a inked a TV deal. I replied that I had and then asked him about potential negotiations with CBS, Showtime and HBO. He paused and with a happy voice said "I can't comment on that" as he softly chuckled.

To summarize my 5 minute call I would say that Chuck's enthusiasm for PRO is evident. He was stress free, happy to answer questions and most importantly optimistic about the DTC lock being lifted at any time (even though I couldn't get him to give me a specific date). I get a real good feeling that Chuck is proud to be part PRO's exciting adventure and the rewards that it could offer to shareholders!
