Zeev, buying Qlgc for the pop back up to close probably at the regular sessions close or near it anyway. Don't hold out for extreme guidance though as they won't be saying anything else until mid may because this qtr is their 4th qtr and they likely will report maybe around may 10th or so. So they will be quiet up until then and this is typically their weak period.
