With everything documented seems indefensible. Not sure how it works in other states but when you win a case like this in my state the award includes interest at 12% running from the date the crime was committed. That could amount to a tidy sum. Go BCIT!!! I would think for the firms with a relatively small exposure it would make economic sense to try and make a deal and buy the shares they lack from TM rather to face huge legal fees, bad publicity and ultimatly losing anyway. The firms with the huge liabilities will probably try to fight it until they see they have no other way out and the fees are killing them.
