That's a long journey that I refuse to undertake. While compromise is sometimes useful to get things done in a representative form of government there have been a paucity of politicians who do stand by their beliefs. I would love to see changes in how we fund campaigns. Except for Presidential elections a politician must get 90% of their funds from in state contributors AND if one cannot vote then one cannot donate (this eliminates all corporations and organization from donating to politicians).
