( obviousness poses a pretty serious challenge to getting a PI here IMO )

btw irreparable harm IMO would be based on loss of reputation and also other incalculable damages in marketplace (Eg: not getting a FOB partner, etc)

If you can calculate specific $ damages, then there is no irreparable harm.
