I hear ya-definitely looking for strong activity here as you mention in your posting. As you may know. This is not just "Monkey Rock USA" doing a name and ticker symbol change to attract attention. This is a brand new company merging here. Nissi Mining. Out with the old "Monkey Rock USA" totally. In with the new company based in Yuma, AZ, which focuses on gold and silver mining.

Most of the important paper work has ALREADY been done. We already have a new President-CEO Dexter Aspacio. We have a new company address - All this - already posted on the OTC board. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MKRO/company-info.

New ownership has already happened here. But it makes darn good sense to get the filings up to date before you do all the necessary press releases along with the new name and ticker symbol change. It's similar to if you were to have an "open house" to market your home. You'd want to clean things up first. Nissi has done alot already to clean up - paying off some old Monkey Rock debts and now to getting the filings up to date.

Now the focus is to bring up to date all the SEC financials that Monkey Rock did not have done. From what we have seen posted a few months ago from those who got some company reply, the old auditor had to be paid off in full before he released the documents. We can see the old debts Monkey Rock USA has had from the recent filings. Nissi had to pay off some of these.

Recent filings show that there are now the "auditor/consultants/attorney’s and management" doing all to bring the audit to completion. When complete Nissi will have 7 days to do the filing. We also have a stated deadline for this to be completed - 71 days from the last 8-K filed - which was received Sept. 15, 2011. This brings us well into November. But if the audit is done sooner - Nissi will act in 7 days.

This is just my opinion - not giving financial advice per se - but if old MKRO holders went "under water" with their share price with Monkey Rock - and they.ve done their DD and they think Nissi holds some strong potential - it may be their personal decision to "average down" in their PPS. Just my opinion. This would be everyone's personal decision. I have been trying to snag low sells in anticipation of something good happening here - to be first in here when a legitimate gold and silver mining company - with good findings from the geologist's report goes public right here.
Best to all here!
