Actually,

I was comparing offshore fishing boats to bass boats because I thought he was talking about an offshore fishing boat going 110MPH.

I highly doubt any 28' mono hull fishing boat has ever gone that fast.

Any far as fishing out of the cat,

I don't know where I would put the rods, coolers and tackle boxes.
