Your post proves my point

There is a possibility if they can not raise the share price through performanc than they will form a new company. Give shareholders some small amount of shares in new company for every one they own of UBRG. Issue themselves more free shares with all voting rights - R/S to raise the price --- dilute it back down to pennyland --- issue a whole bunch of "we hope to" PR's and after 4 or five years do it again.

It is just a theroy but they have done in the past, and many companies have done it --- that is pink sheet land.
