The interesting thing is, the US government HAS investigated intel repeatedly. This seems like a hail mary to me and it will look very badly if AMD fails yet again...

Funny that they didn't mention IBM or MS in their list of monopoly villians. Aren't they the most relevant:)

AMD lawyer: Yes Mr. Federal Judge, please end the horrible intel monopoly that stifles innovation but really Microsoft and IBM are just lovely people so don't bother them:)
