HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 14, 2003--ITIS Holdings Inc. (OTCBB:ITHH - News) announced today that it has informed its transfer agent, Atlas Stock Transfer Corporation, and Depository Trust Company ("DTC"), that ITIS Holdings Inc. is voluntarily withdrawing from DTC. As of Jan. 15, 2003, ownership of the Company's shares must now be evidenced only in certificate form under seal of the Company and signed by the president and secretary.
