Appellate court upholds $442M award of patent-infringement damages against Apotex in generic-Plavix case:

The amount would have been much higher if BMY/SNY and Apotex had not inked a side agreement limiting Apotex’s damages to 50% of the economic harm caused by the patent infringement (#msg-13046621, #msg-12797613).
