They need a partner they could have the next cure for Aids if they have not got the money to make the drugs they are worth nothing.

They are leaving it to the last min to do some form of a deal, I now a few of you are holding some big chunks, I hope this works out for you and they come up with that partner deal. imo that is the key for this to run.
