Hello Joe, I did a little of my own due diligence on MYRG and I agree it appears to be a fine company with a long history of successful projects. It would be a great thing for Emax if they had a business relationship with them.

Unfortunately, EMXC has never worked with MYRG...at least not the one you refer to.

The business partner EMXC mentioned in that PR was a company called Military Resale Group Inc. which supposedly was in the business of distributing grocery and household items to military commissaries. Their stock ticker was MYRG at the time of that PR in 2006.

The following Reuters link shows that in April 2008, Military Resale Group Inc. changed their stock ticker from MYRG to MYRL.

The stock ticker MYRG was then reissued in August 2008 to a completely different and unaffiliated company called the MYR Group, which is a successful electrical contracting company.

So...what happened to Military Resale Group Inc. (MYRL) which is the company EMXC was supposedly working with? In early 2010 Finra halted trading and the SEC revoked the registration of their securities. Those shares are currently worthless.

Once again, my research shows another affiliation with a suspect penny stock company. In the future, please try to be accurate with the information in your posts. I can understand the mixup between two companies with the same stock ticker at different times, but a little more research would have easily shown the true relationship between those companies. Any thoughts?
