Certainly a surprise getting an 8k after the fact (chapter 7).

The only lawsuit possible would be against NIPRID for not maintaining, or misrepresenting the state of the patents via disclosure. This could only yield damages if the patents were infringed upon. This will all fall squarely on Pandy's lap for inadequate due diligence. That would also mean that the Basu hedge fund could sue Pandy.

Swift is in the clear, and I doubt anyone would bother suing over an untrialed, and unproven herbal treatment available only in a third world country, Nigeria.

It also means that anyone can use 'the formula' such that it is, which also begs the question, why hasn't anyone bothered? Most likely because it's an untrialed, unproven herbal concoction that most people in Nigeria have been getting from their traditional healers for decades.

Shareholders wouldn't have any skin in a suite.
