Lied to? I doubt if they were purposely lied to. You guys have your panties in a bunch because the share price is not where you thought it would be.
So you want to feel as if you can make a difference. So you guys call ERHC and harass them because you guys are frustrated about the share price.
It might make you feel better but are you really doing anything to help ERHC? IMHO the answer is no. All you are doing by calling is stirring up trouble and becoming a hassle to the 4 employees they have. They have enough on their plate without having to fight off shareholders.
If you guys would stop being so myopic and short sighted and stop getting all caught up in day to day and hour to hour price fluctuations then you wouldnt be so frustrated and anxious about your investment.
Look at the bigger picture and look longer term. And leave the company employees alone. Your not helping the situation by calling them.
