HOT WATCH LIST EMXC & MPIX
So much is underway on both EMXC & MPIX. It is being said things are going to heat up very soon and you will not want to miss ither of these plays. Once the buyback begins on EMXC things are going to get very fun. If you are on the fence now may be the time you have been waiting for.
MPIX closed up 30% on Friday with very low volume. The float is very small and tight on this one.

In addition, EMXC has received bank confirmation from Inter Global Investments, LLC.'s shared credit facility. eMax Worldwide has received confirmation from their Lender's Bank of a shared credit facility in the amount of $50,000,000.00 (Fifty Million Dollars).

MPIX
Mindpix Corp. (Pink: MPIX) has signed an agreement to exchange 300,000,000 144 restricted common stock shares for a 80% stake in Unitell Worldwide Communications, LLC. The exchange agreement states that Unitell will receive 300,000,000 shares of common stock with a stated value of $.10/share or a value equal to $30,000,000. Unitell will exchange a 80% capital stock ownership in their company for the MPIX shares. Mindpix will work with their SEC counsel to prepare the necessary Securities filings that will allow Unitell to be immediately spun off as its own fully reported publicly traded company, upon the completion of Unitell audits. Mindpix Corp. will form a new subsidiary for the closing of the acquisition of 80% of Unitell Worldwide Communications, LLC.
