I know it has pretty much been confirmed by the JV agreement being removed from the PGI Energy website, but I thought I'd go ahead and share the response I got from BGI Contractors this morning (my email address removed).
In response to your email, we no longer have a Joint Venture Agreement with PGI Energy. In fact, we never had a working agreement with PGI. As of this date, the previous agreement was only a written agreement with no work activities taking place, but that agreement has been dissolved.
