What is the likely scenario if / when Momenta complains and the court agrees that the items were not provided as requested?



My guess is that the court would continue the hearing on the PI, extend the term of the TRO and again order the production of the disputed items.

Sanctions are a plausible but only after the court is certain of the evasion of the orders.
