Withhold the wrong documents and they create the predicate for treble damages.
I'd be very surprised if they didn't try to withhold something important and arguably asked for in the order - e.g. if they use a proxy for individual batch testing, but calibrate the proxy every n batches using Momenta's patents they might try to be letter of the order and only deliver the batch method. (Note: given the way that the claims are written Momenta's patents would be harder to enforce on such calibration usage)
