Unless you have some real inside knowledge, you are taking a WAG on what MNTA thinks their trial odds are, then backing into a settlement from there. As good as any guess, but obviously MNTA has a much better view come Monday.

Back to Hattie, it is reasonable for MNTA to give up some fair value on the deal. Life is not fair.
