My hypothetical terms are considerably better than that. Your model is inaccurate insofar as it assumes that the discounted cash-flow series continues forever.



That is why I said "airball", there are so many things one can toss into this that it is simply not worth it to think that hard.

The reality is that what MNTA sees this weekend would set the terms. Alas I assume we do not see the discovery.
