You mean to say that Ampha and Mnta will perhaps come into a settlement without mnta ever seeing the documents ordered by the judge?

No, I’m not suggesting that. What I’m saying is that the content of the documents Amphastar has been ordered to produce will dictate the terms of any prospective settlement.
