At least Gary Fears doesn't appear to be active anymore with TADF. Just sits in the background as a silent investor, along with a few others in his circle like J.G..
I'm sure Tac-Air doesn't want to be associated with him. Just my opinion, but TADF must have given assurances that these investors would remain far removed from anything related to current operations.
I guess the Ilyushin has been sitting on the tarmac since 2009. It must be getting some maintenance though. The recent picrures show the aircraft to be in nice condition.
