iwfal, I don't get this contention. There are almost no trials to date that have assessed RFA + something on large tumors (up to 7cm). I'm not even sure RFA is currently BSC for tumors as big as 7cm. Almost everything I've seen is for smaller tumors.

In addition, help me get THIS quote:

Didn't you just come close to defining the difference between hepatocellular carcinoma vs. liver cancer that has resulted from mets from another area (e.g. colorectal)? How common is HCC with mets from the liver to other areas, rather than vice versa?

Finally, given that we're talking large tumors here, what gives you the confidence that overall median PFS will be super high? Is that based on a trial or meta-analysis? I've seen one Chinese meta-analysis, but that's about it.

I agree the Mangrove pump is sloppy, but the general pessimism here on your part seems arbitrary.
