easily manipulated. Yes. But I was told by alot of different traders on different boards that as long as the restructuring is in the process. The company cant dilute.
It makes perfect sense to me. WHY would they be able to dilute shares when the companies still dotting I's and crossing T's on the actual shares' structure?
Basicly they cant change the share structure before the share structure is even restructured...
And yes we talked about this before. I disagreed with you then too.
Typically what all the "dilution cries" are is retail fear dumps. And that easily allows the MM's to manipulate it down. I was recently in a 1000/1 RS that they didnt get the selling they expected. It ran. And I ended up selling for 100% profit. Held through a 1000/1 RS and made 100% profit
I was also in a D stock earlier in the year with a group playing it. They screamed dilution. When they owned the float they let out the info that you cant dilute during restructuring. And it ran 1000%. I caught 500% on my best buy. I miss those days.
