It seems that formation is best confirmed very much after the fact. I've seen it applied so much that I pretty much discount it, as it is subject to varied interpretation and, as a result, spotty success.

I expect a drop to NDX 1491 and a bounce towards the end of the week to 1525 NDX. On the COMP that would be a drop to 2035 and a rebound to 2076.
