ok, you've swayed off my topic but I will answer. Forget this "secret, behind closed doors theory that you have." I was referencing IR's post to the board. & yes, shareholders were notified, by PR, in June what the intent was with finra. We know the intent & we wait the submission. Where does it say that shareholders need to see a "we're working on it?" Logically, I expect a pr announcement when the 211 is submitted. This 'middle part update' is your opinion on how it should go. & the previous echoes of the "who is the mm" is ridiculous.
