Edit: Here's the interesting part - footnote 22 Lazar Kauderer joined LH Ross in October 2003, ten months after pleading guilty in federal court to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. He was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment in March 2004. (CX-204; CX-205; CX-424.)
