"I wonder if this will have any effect on the markets? I feel that the full-moon which fell on the summer solstice had an effect and we'll see if this type of action does any thing to "jolt" people's emotions... clearly the moon pulls tides, people's bodies are mostly made of water, anyone who says astrology doesn't effect human beings must than also downplay the fact that full moons pull on the ocean's tides... CONCLUSION: Pay attention to the sky & planetary alignments, full moons, all the solstice', etc..."
First of all, a FULL MOON has nothing to do with tides. Where did you ever hear that???? The MOON has to do with tides. The issue of being full is 100% irrelevant. That is purely an orientation of the way the earth and moon line up with the sun.
Secondly, the amount of "less gravity" by virtue of the moon's pull on us as individual people is infinitesimal. I once read that it made 1/1000th difference of our otherwise normal weight. The most advanced scales won't even show it. We have more affect on our bodies (by a mile) if we simply put on, or take off, a shirt.
As to whether some planets a bagazillion miles away have any effect (other than psychological based on a self-fulfilling prophecy of a few nutjobs), all I can say is that anyone who thinks they do .... should be institutionalized!
