The problem in my opinion with CGAQ and it's Price per share is, that the press releases
are poorly written. That together with the dilution of shares as well as the free trading
shares that CGAQ sold in the past to investors at a very low price, keeps the PPS low.

I said this over 6 months ago and I repeat. This stock when compared to other penny stocks
in the market, should be selling for .25 cents or better, racetrack or no racetrack. This is not
a shell company, but for all intents and purposes it acts like one.

This is a problem that Mr. Swank apparently can't get through his head, and it's not just me
saying it. I picked up on it, when others commented over it. Other posters like "SPRYCEL'
"Rleo", "juschilln" and others have brought this out months ago. I mention this three because
they have virtually stopped posting and you can't blame them.

Just read the last two P.R.'s and you can't help saying to yourself, who wrote this idiotic
comments. On the 09/09/2011 he insults some of the shareholders and then tells us that
going from the Hipodromo V Centenario racetrack to the Hotel is "a more upscale location"
To me he is telling us in a round about way, instead of been straightforward we are not
getting the racetrack. OK so maybe the stock wont go up to $$$$ but we still have a lot
going for CGAQ. In my opinion doing it the way he goes about in telling us, hurts the stock
and no Chart in my opinion is going to be able to properly give us an estimate of how the
PPS. is going to go.

If he just gave a good honest press release, without exaggerations, this stock will go up in
price, perhaps not the $ sign but a good .10, .15 0r more and that for now will be good
enough for most of us.
