Grain Futures Move Higher on Chicago Board of Trade While Soybean Futures Dip Lower
CHICAGO (AP) --
Grain futures moved higher Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Soybean
futures dipped lower.
Wheat for July delivery rose 7 3/4 cents to $3.39 1/2 a bushel
July corn rose 6 1/4 cents to $2.32 3/4 a bushel
July oats rose 3 1/4 cents to $1.55 1/4 a bushel
July soybeans fell 18 3/4 cents to $7.44 1/2 a bushel.
Beef futures fell while pork futures finished mixed on the Chicago Mercantile
Exchange.
August live cattle fell .10 cent to 79.87 cents a pound
August feeder cattle fell .45 cent to $1.0845 a pound
July lean hogs fell 1 cent to 65.65 cents a pound
July pork bellies rose 2.33 cents to 60 cents a pound.
