Speculation
An opinion reached by such comtemplation. Speculation are impossible to verify.

The DTC member hired by PELE wasn't speculation, therefore the time lines given shouldn't be either.

This lock should be off and Feller and Co should be doing everything to appease the shareholders and investors. Or are they already?
