re: REI - might as well make some $$ on the stock to pay that additional 40+% in your utilily bill. Did they screw up out here or what? Even if the rest of the country is able to sidestep it, I expect CA to have a full blown recession.
You're even closer to the front lines on this one. How are/will the new rates effect your bottom line?
