Aside from the process/formulation analogy issue, I would suggest that other (non-composition of matter) patent settlements that I am aware of all seem to be in the single-digit range (thinking of examples like Repligen). Obviously each fact pattern is different, but I don't think I've ever heard of a double-digit settlement. Can you point to one?
