When the plates pass Ballistic testing at Oregon Labs, I am sure JB will publish the notice of successful testing that he receives from the NIJ on facebook, ihub or otherwise, hell they published just getting a testing number. This notice comes about a week after actual testing is complete. Then add 6 weeks minimum after Bork submits final papers and labels before the FatBoy is approved and listed by NIJ. Getting the notice of successful ballistic testing is what I'd be holding my breath for. The final cert is a cakewalk, just a slow cakewalk.
