65nm looks like 180nm... only shifted 6 years in time.
The typical process node only has one core design. Intel transitioned from P3 to Netburst on 180nm. They started up the process with the P3 coppermine Shrink (forgot the name by now), and followed up about a year later with the willie. Another year after that we saw the willie shrink to the Northwood on 130nm. 65nm will start with a simple shrink of the 90nm prescott (Irwindale version) and about a year later move on to the next core called Conroe. Having the mobile and server version products around confuses things a bit, but it really is the same... except for that Conroe looks like Willie part hopefullysmile
