Generally accepted that you see a decline of ~5% Q1 over Q4. Flat last year (and a fake out for a recovery). They commented that they don't have a lot of visibility.

Someone on the SI/AMAT thread commented that this is the first time that they have seen Cap Ex below depreciation. That could be seen as the start of a significant trend.
