we're getting that Down now . . .
but I think I will just stand aside and Hold my small Down position for now.
There is no Economic News due out tomorrow . . .
so it is easy for the Market to be manipulated ... often higher.
I will wait for a full 15-min ARTS Down Signal before Adding.
