So - - -let me sum up what I have seen on this board and what I have learned in my 40 or so years when dealing with many and any government agency. We may see the NIJ cert in about a day or two or in another 3 months or so. It doesn't ever seem to matter what their policies may be or what they have done in the statistical past - - they will do it when it is convenient to them!
