All of the major front end companies deal in equipment for 300mm production. The most exposure would be for AMAT, and NVLS in the actual equipment and perhaps CCMP, KLAC, LRCX, and others in the side business, but remember that the bulk of all their spending for well over a year now has been for 300mm upgrades so the statement represents nothing new.
