Again, either you're having trouble with your English verb tenses, or you are deliberately trying to mislead people. You use the word "will" as if the JV is a done deal. It's not. There is no JV. Just an option. IF the option is exercised, then the deal WOULD go that way. If you're going to write forward-looking statements like that, you should attach one of those standard disclaimers. You wouldn't want people to buy KATX based on false expectations, would you?
